In addition to being an outstanding academic institution, West Virginia Wesleyan has a proud athletic tradition dating back well over 100 years. The Bobcats compete at the NCAA Division II level and are members of the Mountain East Conference. West Virginia Wesleyan is proud to support 22 varsity programs within the Athletic Department that have won 229 conference championships and counting.

At West Virginia Wesleyan our athletes not only excel on the athletic fields but also in the classroom. During the 2015-2016 academic year, West Virginia Wesleyan student-athletes carried a 3.2 GPA as a department.
