The goal of the nursing faculty is to prepare graduates to enter the profession of nursing as competent, safe practitioners who demonstrate critical thinking skills, effective communication and possess a sound foundation for graduate study in nursing.

Wesleyan's BSN program is fully approved by the West Virginia Board of Examiners for Registered Nurses, 90 MacCorkle Ave SW #203, South Charleston, WV 25303, telephone 304-744-0900.

The West Virginia State NCLEX pass rate for West Virginia Wesleyan College School of Nursing for 2016 is 100%.

To date, the national certification pass rate for MSN and post-graduate APRN certificate students is 88%.
