West Virginia Wesleyan now utilizes an online transcript ordering system and offers both electronic and mail delivery.

If you are a first-time user it will be necessary for you to create an ordering account. In accordance with Federal Law it is necessary for you to complete and return a consent form to establish the account. The consent form authorizes this system to act as the ordering agent for you and gives permission for transcripts to be released to third parties as requested by you.

REQUESTING AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT: FIRST-TIME USERS

ALL requests are processed through a website https://iwantmytranscript.com

• You must first set up an account by establishing a username and password.
• Print off a Consent to Establish A Transcript Ordering Account and return to Scrip-Safe either by fax or email (hint: use your smart phone to take a picture of your signed Consent Form and send as an email attachment).  This is a one-time submission.
• Login to your ordering account and submit your transcript request.  You can specify delivery of your transcript either by U.S. mail or electronic delivery via email.  Cost of a transcript is $10 per copy and payment can be made via a debit or credit card.
